Luceno and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, designs, trademarks and related technology. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable account or subscription term. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Luceno materials except as these Terms or applicable law expressly allows.
You retain ownership of data and content you submit to Luceno. You grant Luceno the limited rights needed to host, reproduce, process and display that content to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it and for its accuracy. We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you to operate and improve the service. See the Privacy Policy for details on personal information.
Luceno provides a margin-intelligence platform for product-based businesses. You may use the service only for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; interfere with or disrupt the service; probe, scan or test its security without authorization; introduce malicious code; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits; resell or provide access to the service outside your organization; or upload information you do not have the right to use.
